W. Mark Dixon
President / Founder
Mr. Dixon, with partner Victor Kellan, founded USresources South in 2000 as a staffing company initially focusing on Information Technology with an eye on growth into the Healthcare sector. In 2002, through a pilot program with HCA's Tri-Star Division, the company shifted its focus to healthcare staffing and later changed the name to USr Healthcare. Prior to founding USr Healthcare Mr. Dixon spent 10 years with BT Ginn's a subsidiary of Buhrmann NV. He spent eight years as a sales representative, and over the last five years he led the east region in new accounts and sales volume. In 1993 Mr. Dixon was tasked with turning around the Richmond, Virginia Division for Buhrmann. Over the next two years he oversaw growth in the company's sales of 1180% through a combination of organic growth and acquisition and re-established the company as a market leader. In 1995 Mr. Dixon left BT Ginn's to help form a consulting and turn around company, Corporate Supply Network, which focused on assisting privately held companies in the distribution industry with operational, sales and management assistance. Mr. Dixon is a 1984 graduate of the University of Alabama.
 
Tim H. Kruse
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Kruse comes to USr Healthcare with over fifteen years of information technology experience, six of which were spent co-founding and operating a Data Hosting facility in Nashville. While there, Tim served, at various phases of the company's growth, as the CFO, COO, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Governors. Mr. Kruse graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1985 and holds a dual MBA in Management and Healthcare Administration from American Intercontinental University.
 
Mary DeLoach
Region Vice President
Ms. DeLoach has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, 20 of which were spent in the healthcare industry. During her career, she has held several HR leadership positions with large, multi-unit healthcare companies and has been responsible for all areas of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compensation. Ms. DeLoach has a graduate degree in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University and an undergraduate degree from Rhodes College.
 
Reginald E. Destin, PHR
Region Vice President
In March of 2009 Mr. Destin joined USr Healthcare as VP of the Gulf Coast Division of HCA and is based out of Houston, Texas. Reggie brings over 20 years of recruiting, sales, and leadership experience from various industries. During his recruitment career he has overseen military recruiters in the U.S. Air Force and was acknowledged as the #1 Recruitment Manager in the U.S. Air Force in 2002. His most recent tenure was with the San Antonio Division of HCA where he spent 5 years in one of the toughest markets in South Texas and it was capped off with the opening of a 132-bed comprehensive acute care hospital. Reggie is a member of Society of Human Resources and Management. Mr. Destin graduated from Webster University in 2003 and holds a dual MA in Human Resources and Management.
 
Judy Fabling, PHR
Region Vice President
In 2007, Ms. Fabling joined USr Healthcare as VP of the East Region and is based out of the Brentwood, Tennessee office. Judy brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience from varying businesses and industries, along with 12 years experience in healthcare recruiting. During her career she has directed the clinical (nurse and allied health) recruiting efforts at nearly 100 hospitals throughout the U.S. as Manager of Clinical Recruiting at Community Health Systems for six years and Director of Clinical Recruiting at IASIS Healthcare for one year. Judy is a member of SHRM and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources. She received her Master’s in Human Resources from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN in 2011 and is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.
 
Oscar Gracia
Director of Recruiting
Mr. Gracia comes to USr Healthcare with more than 22 years of recruiting, sales and leadership experience from various industries. Oscar began his recruiting career with the Air Force, where he was selected as the #1 Recruiter in the nation and culminated his decorated Air Force career as the Superintendent of the Air Force Recruiting School. During his tenure as Superintendent, Oscar was responsible for all curriculum development and instruction of each recruiter chosen to attend the course. He also created and led an in-residence leadership course attended by all Recruiting Team Managers in the recruiting service. Following his Air Force career, Oscar owned and operated a Placement Firm for several years prior to joining USr Healthcare. Mr. Gracia is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, TX.
