USr Healthcare Top 12 FAQ

1. How long has USr Healthcare provided permanent staff solutions for healthcare facilities?   Over 10 years, the healthcare program started in 2002.

2. Is the USr model right for every healthcare facility?  No, the USr model is designed to support facilities with moderate to severe talent acquisition needs. USr currently has ten different models from consulting to direct recruiting designed and in place supporting hospitals and healthcare facilities around the country to meet their specific needs.

3. How many states has USr serviced? 23 states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia. However, USr is a national company and our service area is not limited to these states.

4. Can USr fill management positions?  Yes, in the past 10 years USr has placed over 1,650 clinical manager and director employees into positions at facilities serviced by USr.

5. Do I have to give up my recruiter and turn over all recruitment to USr?  No, however USr will not enter into an arrangement that places USr and hospital employees in direct competition.

6. When would we use USr's Consulting Services?  Facilities request USr consulting services for two primary reasons: 1) they do not have a strategic talent acquisition program and need direction; 2) they have the primary recruiting structure in place but are not receiving desired results. In both cases USr completes an onsite detailed analysis of your talent acquisition process and supplies a White Paper for process enhancement.

7. Do I have to use USr services after the White Paper analysis? Of course, USr would prefer to continue to work with your facility and implement the recommended processes to achieve your desired results. However, this is the facility 's choice.

8. How much volume does it take to have an onsite recruiter?  As little as four licensed position placements per month are needed for USr to place a full time recruiter into a facility.

9. Can USr accommodate more than one hospital or division for a healthcare company?   Yes, USr currently services four large multi-hospital divisions, both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors.

10. How does the fee structure work?  There are three options available: 1) The Sliding Scale Model is based on the hourly base rate plus shift differential; 2) The Fixed Fee Model provides the client with an agreed upon monthly fee; and 3) The Contingency Search Placements are for Director and above placements at a fee of 15% of the first year's annual base salary.  All have been developed to create a win/win strategy.

11. How and when is a healthcare facility invoiced?  Facilities are invoiced once the candidate is processed and has attended orientation or is working, whichever comes first. Invoices are sent once a month, payable within 15 days.

12. Are there different options for service from USr?  Yes, currently there are ten different USr models in place from consulting to direct recruitment. USr is willing to customize these models to better support a division or facility's needs.
